Last updated: 3 September 2026

Glos People is a recruitment platform connecting local employers with local candidates. Everyone using the platform must treat others fairly, lawfully and with respect.

Unlawful discrimination

The Equality Act 2010 protects people from discrimination based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation. You must not use Glos People to:

  • Advertise roles that unlawfully discriminate or exclude protected groups.
  • Search for or filter candidates in a way that discriminates unlawfully.
  • Ask unlawful pre-employment questions about health, disability, pregnancy or other protected characteristics.
  • Treat candidates less favourably because of a protected characteristic.

Harassment and deception

You must not use the platform to harass, mislead or pressure candidates or employers. All messages must be truthful, professional and related to genuine vacancies.

Data misuse

Candidate data may only be used for the purpose of recruiting for live vacancies. You must not:

  • Share candidate details outside your organisation.
  • Add candidates to marketing or third-party databases.
  • Attempt to identify stealth candidates from partial information.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer or bulk-export data from the platform.

Accountable content

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job specifications, salary information and company descriptions. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their CVs and profile information.

Enforcement

We may review job specs, messages and account activity. If we believe you have breached this policy, we may remove content, suspend your account or close it without refund. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.

Reporting concerns

If you see something that breaches this policy, or you are unsure whether a search or message is lawful, contact dave@enjoyrecruitmentgroup.co.uk.
