This notice explains how Enjoy Recruitment Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our") processes personal data through the Glos People platform. We are the controller for this data.

What personal data we collect

Candidates: name, postcode, mobile number, email, CV or résumé file, extracted CV text, work history, skills, salary expectation, work preferences, stealth/open visibility choice, and any messages you send through the platform.

Employers: name, email, company name, company size, industry, billing information, job specifications, messages and search activity.

How we use personal data

We use candidate data to build a searchable profile, match candidates to employer searches, and facilitate approaches. We use employer data to manage accounts, process credit purchases and provide the service.

Matching uses AI to interpret CV and job-spec text. This is profiling under UK GDPR. It supports our recruitment service but does not produce a fully automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect: you always choose whether to approve an approach.

Lawful basis

For candidates, we rely on consent, which you give when you create an account and upload your CV. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account.

For employers, we rely on contractual necessity and, where appropriate, legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform.

Who we share data with

We share candidate profile information with employers only after the candidate has approved an approach. We use sub-processors for hosting, database, AI processing, email delivery and payment processing. A current list is available on request.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

We keep candidate data while the account is active. If an account is deleted, we remove the CV file, extracted text, profile and messages within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact dave@enjoyrecruitmentgroup.co.uk.
