Employer terms of business

These terms apply if you register as an employer or use Glos People to search for or approach candidates. Glos People is operated by Enjoy Recruitment Group Ltd (company number 4572253), registered at Richmond House, 61 Hatherley Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 6EG.

1. Credits and payment

New employer accounts receive a small number of free welcome credits. After those are used, you must purchase credits to unlock or approach candidates. One approach costs 2 credits. Credits are non-refundable except where stated below.

If a candidate declines your approach, 1 credit is returned. If the candidate does not respond within 7 days, both credits are returned.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and expire if your account is closed.

2. Candidate data and confidentiality

Candidate identities are redacted until they approve your approach. You must not attempt to identify a candidate from the information shown before approval, and you must not share candidate details with anyone outside your organisation.

You may only use candidate data for the purpose of recruiting for live vacancies. You may not add candidates to marketing lists, sell their details, or use them for any other purpose.

3. Anti-discrimination and fair use

You must comply with the Equality Act 2010 and all other applicable employment and data-protection law. You may not use the platform to discriminate unlawfully, to advertise roles that breach UK employment law, or to approach candidates in a harassing or deceptive way.

We reserve the right to review job specs, messages and search behaviour and to suspend accounts that breach this policy.

4. No guarantee of hire

Glos People helps you identify and approach candidates. We do not guarantee that any candidate will accept an approach, be available, or be suitable for your role. You are responsible for your own hiring decisions.

5. Platform availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we may need to carry out maintenance or suspend access in exceptional circumstances. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

6. Termination

Either party may close the account at any time. On closure, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on sign-in. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
